The deal

Nookarium sells book nooks — miniature lit shelf dioramas — and related goods online to customers in the US, Canada, and the UK. By ordering, you agree to these terms — they exist so both of us know where we stand, not to trap anyone.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD for US visitors, CAD for Canada) and can change between visits — the price at checkout is the price. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. If we ever mis-price something badly and you order it, we'll contact you before charging anything weird.

Orders

We can decline or refund an order if something's off (stock error, address we can't ship to, obvious fraud). If we do, you're refunded in full and we'll tell you why.

Shipping & returns

Covered properly on the shipping and returns pages — those policies are part of these terms.

Use your judgment

Book nooks are decor, not toys: they contain small parts and electric lighting, so keep them out of reach of small children and pets, and away from water and open flame. Stop using any lighting component that's damaged.

Our content

The Nookarium name, branding, photos, and site content are ours — please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law guarantees you.
